We are looking for an
Interim
HR Advisor (12 months) **who is able to support the wider HR Team in their day to day-to-day activities as well as ad-hoc project work.

The role is based at the Company's Headquarters in Hebburn, although some homeworking and ad-hoc travel may be required.

You will work across all areas of HR, although it is expected that initially the focus will be to provide advice and support to line managers on all employee relations issues (e.g. disciplinaries, absence management and grievances). You'll also support the end-to-end processing of the payroll.

We are looking for an experienced, CIPD qualified HR Advisor with good ER experience, coupled with payroll experience. You should have experience of working with an HR system and have excellent IT Skills. You should also have up to date knowledge of employment legislation and recent case law.
