About Your Opportunity:
As an administrative assistant within our IT Solutions team you will be responsible for the day to day administration needs of our Enterprise Services IT operations including the management and tracking of IT assets, maintenance renewals, procurement and associated transactional processing.
You will play a key role in supporting budget planning and cost tracking, working collaboratively with our Enterprise Services Financial teams.
Reporting to the IT Solutions Manager you will be a key member of the IT team ensuring timely and accurate record keeping and financial transactional processing to meet Northrop Grumman policies and procedures.
In addition you will be supporting our IT Management team in the collation and production of reporting metrics, managing our IT team intranet resources and assisting with IT communications in an exciting and growing organisation.

Your Responsibilities:
Day to day management of IT procurement, maintenance and licence renewals
Management of IT asset tracking and logistics Support the production of key IT metrics reporting packs
Build and develop internal and external stakeholder relationships
Maintaining and enhancing our IT intranet site
Assisting with IT communications
Any other IT administrative support as needed**
