The Role
You will manage a high-quality mixed caseload of property litigation matters, which will mainly comprise of defendant housing disrepair work.
You will have the opportunity to be involved in residential matters (for both housing associations and other residential landlords), as well as commercial matters in:- Estate management
- Possession actions
- Business lease renewals
- Injunctions
- Possessions
- Rent recovery
- Disrepair
- NQ 4 years' PQE
- Experience of property litigation and a passion to continue within this area of law
- Selfdriven and motivated
