With our innovative approach, we have quickly grown to support over 300,000 customers across the UK.We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Head of Customer Support to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for leading and overseeing our customer support operations.
You will play a critical role in ensuring the delivery of exceptional customer service and support, and driving customer satisfaction and loyalty.
Responsibilities:
- Manage and lead a team of customer support associates
- Develop and implement customer support strategies, policies, and procedures
- Monitor and analyze customer support metrics and drive improvements
- Collaborate with crossfunctional teams to address customer needs and concerns
- Handle escalations and resolve complex customer issues
Requirements:
- Proven experience in a customer support management role
- Strong leadership and people management skills
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Experience in the fintech industry is a plus
- Ability to thrive in a fastpaced, startup environment
- Bachelor's degree in a relevant field
