Trainee Transport Operator

Main responsibilities include:

i. Raising paperwork for Export Shipments

ii. Monitoring the status of Imported goods and assisting with any clearance requests

iii. Providing Customer Service Support

iv. Checking prices, costs and weights of shipments

v. Booking in deliveries with customers

vi. Liaising with agents

vii. Supporting and assisting the European Transport Team.

Skills required:

Attention to detail
Accuracy
Using initiative
Good and confidence communicator
Competent computer / IT skills

Salary:
£19,000.00-£21,000.00 per year
