Would you like to help enable service users to live a rewarding and fulfilling life?

Could you work in a personcentred way and in line with our company values at all times?
Are you a caring individual with a caring nature who is prepared to take time to understand and support people to enhance their lives and promote their wellbeing?
Would you like to support and lead on various activities like walking, cycling, bowling, sports, arts and crafts, music sessions, horse riding, swimming etc.?
Do you have experience as a support worker and would like to work Monday to Friday with your evenings and weekends free (Parttime opportunities may also be available)?

You should have:

Full UK Driving License (Necessary)
Past experience in a day care or residential support worker role, in a care environment
Minimum of a Level 2 Diploma in Health and Social Care
Knowledge of autism and learning difficulties
Ability to, at times, deal with challenging behaviour
To be able to clearly speak and write in English
Ideally possess a mobile DBS certificate
Ideally possess a UK full driving licence and ability to drive a mini bus (Not Essential)
