Would you like to help enable service users to live a rewarding and fulfilling life?

  • Could you work in a personcentred way and in line with our company values at all times?
  • Are you a caring individual with a caring nature who is prepared to take time to understand and support people to enhance their lives and promote their wellbeing?
  • Would you like to support and lead on various activities like walking, cycling, bowling, sports, arts and crafts, music sessions, horse riding, swimming etc.?
  • Do you have experience as a support worker and would like to work Monday to Friday with your evenings and weekends free (Parttime opportunities may also be available)?

You should have:

  • Full UK Driving License (Necessary)
  • Past experience in a day care or residential support worker role, in a care environment
  • Minimum of a Level 2 Diploma in Health and Social Care
  • Knowledge of autism and learning difficulties
  • Ability to, at times, deal with challenging behaviour
  • To be able to clearly speak and write in English
  • Ideally possess a mobile DBS certificate
  • Ideally possess a UK full driving licence and ability to drive a mini bus (Not Essential)

£9.50-£10.50 per hour
