Springboard Sunderland Trust is currently recruiting for an innovative, friendly and forward-thinking individual to join their administration team within Sunderland.


What will the apprentice be doing?
Key responsibilities and accountabilities

  • Provide administrative support and acting as first point of contact offering advice and information to colleagues, learners, and visitors
  • Tracking of learner attendance and destinations including following up on missed sessions
  • Ensure sound effective internal and external communications
  • Support with audit processes ensuring compliance with regulatory and funding guidance
  • Exam invigilation
  • Administer DBS and ID process following relevant training
  • Maintain appropriate and accurate administrative, financial, and other records including inventories, stock control, procurement and petty cash
  • Ensure all post is received, distributed, and prepared in a timely manner
  • Operate with flexibility around location and programmes
  • Carry out duties in accordance with the quality systems and procedures currently in place throughout the organisation
  • Operate within the guidelines of Springboard's Health and Safety Policy
  • Promote and support equality and diversity through Springboard's Equal Opportunities Policy

What training will the apprentice take and what qualification will the apprentice get at the end?
Following 12-18 months on programme learning, End Point Assessment will take place.

You will receive 6 hours per week off the job training.


What is the expected career progression after this apprenticeship?
Springboard have a great record in retaining apprentices within the business.

Progression routes can also include moving into the Level 4 Human Resources Standard

£12,313.60 per year
