This is a hybrid working role with a requirement to attend when required our Royal Mail Midlands Super Hub, Northamptonshire, NN11 8QL, 3 days each week with flexibility required, in line with business needs.

About the role
In this role you will oversee the learning needs analysis, instil a positive, high-performing, innovative, and growth-oriented environment, consistently assessing current and designing future focused functional learning and development strategies, that will position Royal Mail as first choice for the best talent.
About You
To truly excel in this role, you'll possess, and be able to evidence, the skills and experience listed below:
Key Skills
- You'll have experience of progressive responsibility and measurable success in learning and development including at least 12 months leading strategies at an enterprise level, working globally, within a fastpaced, highly matrixed, multifunctional environment.
- Experience of designing and delivering blended learning & development solutions, within customer centric, global organisations.
- Experience leading and deploying LEAN Six Sigma capability development programmes.
- Expert facilitation skills, hosting and leading 'superuser / master' workshops for Train The Trainer events.
- Previous experience of defining requirements through the Learning Needs Analysis process, influencing proposed spend on professional fees to build relevant skills and capabilities for the operation.
