We are looking for a Payroll Specialist that is looking to work part-time, from January 2023, to join our team based in Linford Wood, Milton Keynes.

The Role
Payroll Administrator (Part-Time)


On offer for the successful Payroll Administrator
- £26,000 - £28,000 Pro-Rata (£8,500 - £9,250 per annum)

  • 12 Hours per week Morning (Flexible on timings 9 to 1 or 10 to 2)

Duties for the successful Payroll Administrator

  • Managing the payroll for Temporary staff with the support of our Office Manager
  • Supporting in other financial administrative duties, such as invoicing and reconciliations
  • Using Xero as a payroll tool
  • Using software to calculate tax, NI and pensions
  • Inputting new starter data and details
  • Ensuring the business remains compliant with financial legislations
  • Credit control, as and when required
  • Performing other additional administration duties Etc
  • Must have solid payroll experience
  • Ideally experienced in Xero
  • Strong ability to manage all that payroll encompasses
  • Comfortable in a fast paced environment
