    Position OverviewAs a Jewellery Production Assistant, you'll be at the heart of our finishing process, transforming our raw castings into polished treasure.

    From crafting delicate pieces to finishing chunkier designs, you'll play a vital role in bringing our designs to life and ensuring quality standards are met.

    The role is fast paced and detail oriented.
    Key Responsibilities Utilise a variety of techniques, including soldering, sanding, polishing, to create high-quality jewellery pieces.
    • Ensure every piece of jewellery leaves your bench looking DIVINE.
    • Flag any issues with orders as early as possible.
    • Maintain a clean and organised workspace, adhering to safety protocols and best practices.
    • Contribute ideas for process improvements and finishing solutions.
      Requirements At least 1 year of experience in jewellery production is required.
    • Delivering exceptional quality in every piece.
    • Ability to work effectively both independently and as part of a collaborative team.
    • Attention to detail, organization, proactivity, accountability, humility and a sense of humor.
    • Right to work in the UK.

      Wage£13.45 per hour (negotiable depending on experience)
