Sales Administrator, Airdrie. (Initial 6-month temporary contract)

This Role
We are currently recruiting for a
Sales Administrator to work at our DDS
Airdrie site. This role is an excellent opportunity for an enthusiastic, proactive, and reliable individual to join our team.
This position is initially 6 month temporary with the potential to lead to permanent employment.

Key elements of this role are:

  • Answering calls from customers and dealing with general enquiries
  • Providing a proactive support service to the other teams
  • Maintaining customer records including logging enquiries and updating customer records
  • Processing of sales orders through to the creation of manufacturing paperwork for the factory, as well as after sales support
  • Filing and all other general admin duties
  • Proficient PC office skills
  • Excellent telephone manner
  • Gets it right first time every time approach.
  • Ability to learn, develop and continually improve performance and effectiveness.
  • A flexible approach and ability to respond to customer needs.

Hours for the role are 39 hours per week, Monday to Friday.
