We provide Linklaters' clients and our practices with swift access to a community of high-quality contract lawyers to address fixed term or flexible resourcing needs.

link launched in 2019, we have grown quickly and are currently recruiting for a Client Advisor to join our growing team

About the role:
The client team is at the heart of what we do. We work hand-in-glove with Linklaters' partners and practice groups, matching high-quality Re:
link consultants to where our clients need them most. You will have hands-on involvement in the day-to-day executionof new client opportunities and their end-to-end management, ensuring that both client and Re:
link consultant benefit from exceptional service.


This role will suit you if you are energetic, proactive and driven to truly "get under the skin" and take full ownership of opportunities that are assigned to you.


Your main responsibilities will include:

  • Responsibility for the full endend sales process including: engaging with clients, matching consultants to opportunities, determining appropriate pricing, engaging with senior stakeholders and Re:
link consultants.

  • Responsibility for the daytoday relationship management of placements and clients assigned to you.
This includes regular and proactive engagement and communication with the client, Re:

link consultant and sponsoring Linklaters practice group, ensuring expectationsare met and any issues resolved promptly.

  • Support the Client team to drive business development opportunities for Re:
link and build, expand and deepen relationships with both external clients and practice groups.

  • Undertake other team projects and priorities as and when required, in light of the fast paced and evolving nature of Re:
link's activities.


You will ideally have/be:

  • Flexible, collaborative and willing to contribute and support the wider Re:
link team in other projects and tasks.

  • Confident and comfortable working with clients, partners and lawyers with excellent interpersonal skills.
  • Experience working in a clientcentric role within professional services.
