Our client, a top Legal 100 firm in Leeds, seek a Real Estate solicitor to join their highly innovative and experienced team.

Their team advises on a wide variety of high quality commercial property matters including landlord & tenant; sales & purchases; property management; regeneration projects & development agreements and associated construction, planning and funding arrangements.

You can expect to work with clients from major retailers, leisure operators, regional developers, local authorities, universities and healthcare providers.

You will be responsible for managing your own caseload, providing support/developing other members of the team and be passionate about business development.

You will ideally be years' PQE, have strong commercial property experience within a top regional/national firm, be passionate about supporting junior fee earners and have a flexible approach.

You will be joining a top legal100 firm in Leeds with a strong reputation and market leader in commercial property.
