Description
We are currently hiring a highly motivated and customer-focused individual to join our team as a Call Center Representative. As a Call Center Representative, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service and support to our clients.

  • We pay weekly
  • Every Friday
- our rotas are completely flexible - allowing you to accommodate the little ones and any other responsibilities

You are only required to be in the office for the
first 12 weeks, after that, you will be allowed to hybrid work from home

  • Answer incoming calls from customers and provide assistance with inquiries, issues, or concerns
  • Handle customer complaints or escalations in a professional and timely manner
  • Provide accurate information to customers regarding products, services, and company policies
  • Perform data entry and update customer records in the system

Call handling and customer service experience is Required for this role
Please note that this position is located in Epsom, surrey


Job Types:
Full-time, Temp to perm

Contract length: 4 months


Salary:
Up to £12.00 per hour

Expected hours: 37 per week
