  • Coordinating and managing all export processes from start to end.
  • Ensuring all export documentation is accurate and compliant with regulations.
  • Liaising with internal and external stakeholders to ensure smooth operations.
  • Identifying and implementing process improvements for export operations.
  • Handling logistics and transportation arrangements for exports.
  • Managing relationships with freight and shipping companies.
  • Overseeing the packing and shipping of products for export.
  • Reporting on export activity and maintaining relevant databases.

The Successful Applicant:


A successful Export Coordinator should have:

  • A strong understanding of export regulations and documentation.
  • Excellent organisational and coordination skills.
  • The ability to work effectively with multiple stakeholders.
