We are seeking ambitious CAS qualified Mortgage and Protection Advisers that are looking to establish themselves under an already successful Mortgage Brokerage in the market town of Ringwood.

The opportunity would suit either those who are currently self - employed Mortgage and Protection brokers or employed Mortgage & Protection advisers currently working in banks, building societies or estate agencies to become self-employed looking for good support to build a successful career.

We are looking to add to our team of 10, as a business we offer all of our advisers competitive commission splits reflective of the market and a platform to succeed in the Mortgage industry.

You will be responsible for giving independent advice and making recommendations on Mortgages and Protection. You will have the opportunity to work between our office and working from home.

Key requirements are:
Self
- motivated and highly driven to grow your own business.
Full CeMAP or equivalent qualification.

CAS Authorised
A good credit history is essential, you will also need to be free from any regulatory breaches and not be banned from accessing any lenders and providers

Marketing support and guidance will be provided so that you can grow your business in a short space of time.

We do require a minimum of 2 days in the office as we like to have a team environment within the office

Competitive commission splits

Self Employed Packages - OTE in excess of £50,000

Mortgage leads will be provided, however you will also be expected to network in order to build up your own client base

Advancement to Equity Release Advisor
