The Role:

Lettings Manager role offers a competitive salary of £22,000 - £25,000 (£35,000-£40,000 OTE), and the opportunity to manage and lead all sales channels for the client i
ncluding Estate Agency, Financial Services.
As part of your role as
Lettings Manager, you will be responsible to coach, train and develop a team to improve and drive performance, achieving results through people by maximizing the potential in lettings and property management within your branch.
Estate Agency and Financial Services year on year.
Responsibilities:
- Manage and lead all sales channels.
- Help to train and coach branch members.
- Maximising potential through branch members to achieve house sales and financial services.
- Developing corporate plan objectives for all sales areas.
- Assisting with increase in market share for Estate Agency and Financial Services
Requirements:
- I am very keen to speak to anyone who has an excellent track record in
sales and lead generation. - Previous sales and line management experience is an advantage.
- Knowledge on all Acts relating to Housing Industry and Ombudsman Code of Practise would also be beneficial.
Our client is one of the largest estate agents in Wales with multiple branches across Wales combined with extensive local property market knowledge.
