Lassod Consulting Ltd is an outreach support provider company delivering outreach support to vulnerable (young) people in a flexible but person-centred manner.

Some of our clients may be Looked After, Asylum Seekers, Care Leavers etc.

Our workers provide flexible outreach support to meet the needs of service users in a way that helps boost existing support they are currently receiving.

The primary purpose of this particular role is to provide flexible high quality personalised support to a young person/adult aged 20 in Nottingham.

The young person is currently NEET but she is starting to consciously make decisions in her life to gain her independence.

A re-entry into education or training with employment is required.

Her hobbies and interests include art, crafts, eating out.

The young person states that she would like an outreach worker who is down to earth and easy to talk with and especially someone who is creative and arty.

It is expected that the support hours will be delivered in a flexible manner however the exact timings can be varied in agreement with the young person.

The worker is responsible to carry out documented support sessions on an ongoing basis to the young person in flexible manner and submit a monthly report.

Part of the aim of the role will be to also provide outcome-focused emotional support.

Applicants are required to have existing DBS (due to immediate start) but we will also carry out own DBS check.

Job Types:

Part-time hours: 5 per week

£11.00-£14.00 per hour
