The role is very varied and requires you to be able to work on your own and as part of a team.
There is a considerable amount of physical works involved in the role, therefore, you will require to be physically able to fulfill the duties.
No formal qualifications are required, but you must have good command of English and be able to communicate well.
An experience in a similar role would be an advantage.
You must have a strong attention to details and it is essential that you are trustworthy and reliable.

About the Role:
Working within the College's Property Department the role is responsible for supporting all College departments, including our Commercial business.
