We're looking for a Payment Operations Administrator to join our Payment Operations Team in Bradford.

Our mission is to deliver simple and efficient processing with a controlled, quality service, so that our customers can deliver for theirs.

The Payment Operations team are responsible for several key areas including end-to-end processing of all financial transactions such as billing, customer payments, accounts payable and receivable, in compliance with supplier accounts, applicable legislationand internal policies.

What will you be doing?

Ensuring accurate and efficient delivery of Payment Operation processes.
Providing high quality support to stakeholders at all times.
Working with stakeholders from Liberty Global and Virgin Media to ensure fast query resolution.
Reviewing current processes, identifying improvements, and working with Digital Teams to deliver a solution.
Controlling the processing and query work in relation to supplier invoices

Ability to work to tight timelines and meet targets without compromising on quality

Experience working within an Accounts Payable Department
