Our clients, a well-respected Estate Agency are seeking an ambitious and professional Property Manager to join their close-knit team in Gorleston.

This role would suit a customer-focused, friendly professional looking to forge a long-term career in the industry.

The Property Manager's duties will involve, but not be limited to:

Manage and oversee the property portfolio
Communicate with Landlords and Contractors regarding properties and any maintenance works required/actions to be undertaken, resolving accordingly
Arrange and attend Property inspections, providing feedback to Landlords
Prepare and process tenancy renewals and contractual paperwork
Making sure all legal requirements are met and carried out.

To be considered for the Property Manager role you must have the following:

12 months of Property Management experience
Great Customer Service skills
Organised
Problem-Solving skills
Articulate
Clean driving licence and access to own car

In return, our clients are offering the following to the successful Property Manager:

Basic salary £28,000
£30,000 DOE
Ongoing training and support
Career progression
