Description

Duties:


  • Respond to customer inquiries via various face to face channels in a timely manner
  • Provide product information, pricing, and availability
  • Assist customers with order placement and tracking
  • Resolve customer complaints with patience and empathy
  • Upsell products or services to increase revenue
  • Perform data entry tasks accurately and efficiently

Requirements:


  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills in
  • Ability to analyze customer needs and offer suitable solutions
  • Strong phone etiquette and active listening skills
  • Multilingual abilities are advantageous
  • Prior experience in customer service or a related field is preferred

Job Types:
Full-time, Permanent


Pay:
From £25,375.04 per year
