My Client in Wokingham are currently looking for an Administrator to join their friendly team in their Purchasing department. We are looking for an excellent administrator, you not have to have worked in purchasing before, but need good attentionto details and good excel skills
The main role of the Purchasing Administrator is:

Entering orders onto excel:
-
Supplier set-up and management - (pricing negotiation, supplier lead times, queries etc):
-
Item creation / master & client catalogue management - including image creation
:

Item sourcing from current and new suppliers
:
-
Placing purchase orders for stock, just in time and direct ship items:
-
Collaboration with internal departments and key stake holders on shortages, delivery delays, pricing issues etc:
-
Utilising internal system to respond to daily queries from clients.
We are looking for someone with:

Computer based skills; Ms Office/Word/Advanced Excel:

Must be logical, organised and have an eye for detail:
-
First-class problem-solving skills with the ability to prioritise effectively:
-
Dynamic and self-motivated but a team player:
-
Excellent communicator
There is an excellent salary is £23,000 to £25,000 with great benefits including 25 days holiday
