Job Purpose:

HollandGreen is an award-winning, multidisciplinary design practice across Architecture, Landscape Design, and Interior Design.

We have developed an incredible portfolio of high-end residential projects in London, Oxfordshire, the Cotswolds, and the home counties, together with a broad range of commercial projects ranging from multiple-unit residential projects to boutique hotels through our sister company Anderson HollandGreen.


Due to recent exciting growth, we are looking for an energetic and self-motivated IT Assistant with a passion for technology to join our team.

Your primary focus will be providing technical support for our staff members, while working closely with our Head of Design Technology and other team members to ensure that our technology infrastructure supports our business goals and objectives.

This position would be ideal for someone at the beginning of their IT career, looking to gain experience within an established team.


Job Context and Dimensions:

The tasks and responsibilities of this position cover, but are not limited to:

  • Work with other IT team members to identify and escalate complex technical issues.
  • Deploy, configure, and troubleshoot hardware and software on workstations and laptops.
  • Assist with the maintenance and support of the office technology infrastructure, working closely with our IT/Security management team.
  • Perform basic proactive tasks for backups,
  • Manage and maintain IT inventory and documentation (internal Wiki).
  • Provide training and support to users of the company's technology systems as needed.
  • Stay up to date with the latest technology trends and best practices.

Personal Qualities / Other:


  • Positive working attitude with strong communication skills and the ability to work collaboratively and support other members of staff.
  • Have enthusiasm and confidence to learn & take on new responsibilities
  • Robust and resilient enjoy open and direct feedback.
  • Ability to prioritise workflow, be selfmotivated and organised.
  • Excellent proficiency in English, both written & spoken
