Legacy Wills & Estate Planning Ltd is currently looking for an Office Administration Assistant to support our Administration Departments.

This role involves general administration duties such as:

  • Sorting and sending the Post daily
  • Contacting 3rd Parties for Updates on documents
  • Printing and binding documents
  • Filing
  • Data input
Problem solving skills and working to deadlines will be key skills for this job opportunity. Coupled with a confident telephone manner when dealing with clients.

The hours of work will be: 8:45am to 5:00pm Monday to Friday hours per week) with 1 hour for lunch each day.


Interview Process:

You will be required to complete a telephone interview if you are shortlisted.

If you are successful at the telephone interview stage you will then be invited to attend a final interview at our offices.

£19,650.00 per year
