Description
Registered Manager required for a Children's Home in Leicester LE2

£45k to £55k plus KPI bonus

We are looking for a Children's Home Manager to join our new 3 bed service in Leicester

supporting 8-18s EBD


You will have been a Registered Manager for at least one years and have high standards and worked within a home either Good or Outstanding.

Our home is waiting for you to Register and become the leader.

You will be required to work Monday

  • Friday.40 hours per week
There will be on-call duties Flexibility essential


Key Skill / Experience:
Managerial role within a Children's Residential setting: 1 year minimum (required)

  • Level 5 Diploma in Leadership & Management (required)
  • Must have at least 2 years of experience working with young people in Residential Care and at least 1 years of experience as a Registered Manager or Deputy Manager in Children homes
  • Be able to demonstrate auditing, managing budgets and monitoring skills
  • Can evidence knowledge of Reg 44 and Reg 45 reporting.
  • Can demonstrate how to develop a staff team to ensure they have clear vision and goals.
  • Has a good working knowledge of Children's homes regulations and the Social care common inspection framework
  • Has strong values and beliefs
  • Has integrity and good character
  • Can evidence experience of working with multidisciplinary teams
