Best HR are supporting one of our clients to find the best Office Junior to join their growing team in Glasgow.
Providing an outsourced accountancy service, our client offers help to business with: accounts, bookkeeping, cashflow management, tax, payroll and VAT, bringing balance to their clients businesses with expert advice, providing them with money-saving tax solutions.
Role Responsibilities
- Processing weekly/monthly payroll and CIS
- Bookkeeping
- Assisting with VAT preparation and deadlines
- Monitoring deadlines
- Assisting senior members of staff
- Assisting with HMRC registrations/Companies House forms
- Company formations
- Sorting and scanning mail
- Adhoc administration when required
