We're looking for a dynamic Maintenance Person to join our small team in Crewe, carrying our maintenance on our managed properties across Cheshire.


Duties to include:

  • General garden maintenance
  • Resealing of bathrooms/kitchens
  • Small scale painting & decorating
  • Installing smoke & Carbon Monoxide alarms
  • General domestic repairs e.g. replacing light bulbs
Gas & electrical work will not be required as part of this role.

Working hours/days & rate of pay to be discussed at interview.


Job Type:
Part-time

Part-time hours: 16 per week


Salary:
£12.00-£15.00 per hour
