Description

We are looking for a passionate and hard working Childcare Apprentice/Practitioner to join our team and working towards a childcare qualification.

You must have a passion for working with children and supporting their learning, and ideally some experience working with children.

Milestones was established 17 years ago as a family run business situated in the thriving area of Meanwood, Leeds. We are an Early Years setting taking children from 0-11 years, owned and managed by Debbie Crookes.

Debbie is a former Health Visitor and qualified Early Years Professional, this enables her to support all of the staff as well as the families we care for.

Your role will include;

Being a key person carrying out all related responsibilities in building relationships with a small group of children and their families according to the EYFS.
Promoting positive relationships with parents, children and colleagues.
Ensuring health, safety and wellbeing of the children at all times

Applicants must be willing to work towards level 3 childcare qualification, and develop a good knowledge of the EYFS framework and development matters.

You must also pass a DBS check.

This is a full time role with hours spread over 4 days.
