Cranleigh STEM is working with a leading medical device manufacturer on the border of Essex and Cambridgeshire, we are looking for a Quality Assurance Administrator to join its team on a permanent, full-time basis.


As a quality administrator, you will play a key role in managing and maintaining the quality management systems of the business.


To be considered for this opportunity you should possess previous QA experience, ideally within a manufacturing environment, and have knowledge of ISO-9001 and/or ISO-13485.


Salary:
£24,000 - £27,000

Hours: 37.5 Hours, Monday - Friday

Full-time, Permanent


Location:
Commutable from Bishops Stortford, Braintree, Cambridge, and Royston


Responsibilities:


  • Manage tracking systems and registers to ensure that the QMS is in a controlled state and is compliant with policies, SOPs, best practices, and requirements of relevant standards.
  • Collate information for customer requests, also external and internal audits.
  • Assist with the timely processing of CAPA investigations and associated documentation.
  • Support the daytoday management of the calibration system, to ensure that all calibrated equipment is tracked and recalibrated on time.
  • Management of purchase orders for QArelated tasks/services where appropriate using SAP.

Requirements:


  • Some knowledge of ISO 9001 and/or ISO 13485 and experience in maintaining a Quality Management System.
  • Previous Quality Assurance or audit experience and Experience using SAP.
  • Ability to work with critical attention to detail and high levels of accuracy.
  • Experience with Microsoft Office at an intermediate level (i.e. Word, Excel, PowerPoint Outlook).
  • Knowledge of Good Documentation Practices to meet compliance with regulatory requirements.
  • Good interpersonal skills with the ability to communicate effectively, both verbally and in writing.
