The team's clients are drawn from a broad base of landowners, investors, developers, occupiers, institutions and charities.
- ScopeThe Farrer & Co Property Litigation team is growing. We are looking for a bright and personable solicitor with a proven aptitude for (and interest in) property litigation work and between 0 1 years' post qualification experience to join our highly successful team.
- Responsibilities
- Busy team seeking 0 1 years' post qualification experience solicitor with experience in property litigation
- There will be a BD element to the role, therefore willingness to write articles, give talks and build a network in this area of law is necessary.
- Skills and Experience a level of technical knowledge of property litigation commensurate with their experience.
- a willingness to increase their business development network and profile in the market generally and to support the team generally with attendance at events and networking opportunities.
- Education and Qualifications
- Minimum 2.1 degree and a training contract in a midsized or city firm and experience from a leading property litigation practice preferred.
- Special aspectsFarrer & Co is open to flexible working by arrangement although this role is intended as a fulltime position.
