£21,845 - £23,075 per annum

Permanent Sessional - 37 working weeks

5 hours per week to be worked the following:

Tuesdays and Thursdays 4.45 pm 7.00 pm at Dunfermline Campus

You should be educated to a minimum of SCQF level 7 or equivalent in a related discipline, along with experience in an administrative role including data entry.

You will have excellent communication and time management skills ensuring deadlines are met and enquiries and dealt with effectively.

Experience of dealing with a wide range customers and providing high levels of customer service along with the ability to react and be flexible to changing priorities are essential.
