We are looking for a talented Sales Advisor to join our team here at 3rd Rail and help us launch and grow our exciting new print on demand serviceWho We Are:
3rd Rail is a South London based print studio that specialises in garment printing.
We have been running for over 10 years and have primarily worked in screen printing in the past few years though we have been adding DTG (direct to garment) printing to our offering.
With this DTG printing we are launching a new print on demand service which is set to be the most sustainable and least environmentally impactful way to print garmentsRole Description:
As the Sales Advisor you will be responsible for driving growth and building a customer base for our new POD service.
As this is a brand new venture starting from scratch in the first few months you will split your time between sales and assisting the POD production team.
This will help us manage the growth sustainably as well as allow you to learn how the system works.From time to time there will be occasions where you will also need to support the bulk order account management teams covering holidays etc.
Key tasks.
Sales
- Lead generation
- Outreach
- Customer onboarding
- Developing sales strategies
- Maintaining sales reports
- Preparing pitch decks
- Bulk order team support
- Running printing equipment
- Picking stock
- Packing orders
We are a small team so sometimes there will be occasions where you need to complete additional tasks or support other departments.
We are ideally looking for someone who has had successful sales experience and who knows how to drive growth for a business.
With the initial months being a split role between production and sales, someone who is happy to get hands on and work across different departments is essential.

Skills Required:
- Basic knowledge of the industry.
- Excellent written and spoken English.
- Excellent telephone manner.
- Fantastic organisational skills.
- Basic knowledge of photoshop.
- Basic working knowledge of google sheets / Excel

Compensation - OTE circa £35k
