Description

Maintenance Officer required for a small residential Care home in Betley, Nr Crewe.

Doddlespool Hall is a 17th century home, and is in the process of being beautifully renovated and updated.

We are looking at employing an experienced Handyperson for 16 Hours per week, over 2 days, to help with the on-going programme of renovations within the home.

Experience in either a professional capacity, or a keen DIYer is preferable.

Attention to detail is a must, and applicants must have some degree of flexibility in order to fit in with current maintenance programme and contractors working within the home.

Job entails renovating rooms, assisting with maintenance programme, painting and decorating (including wallpapering), and other renovation jobs within the home, whilst at the same time liaising with contractors regarding other major works.

There may be opportunities for overtime as required, depending on schedules, and the possibility of more hours may become available.
