Description

Your role as the Head Housekeeper is to make certain that you manage the team in the delivery of exceptional housekeeping standards throughout our 40 bedroom boutique lifestyle Hotel.

You will be committed to operating at the highest level and consistently encourage the team to do the same.


You attention to detail will be exemplary, you will be a confident communicator with the ability to lead and develop your team.

You must have the ability to role model to you team and ensure they are always friendly, helpful, smart and presentable.


You will have:


  • Previous experience as a Head Housekeeper in a similar environment
  • Proven ability to lead and inspire a team
  • Excellent attention to detail
  • Ability to multitask and remain focussed
  • Professional disposition with excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Beneficial to have had experience of a workforce management system but not essential as training will be given.
