F45 Trainer
We are looking for trainers to join our team as F45 coaches.

F45 provides 45-minute group HIIT workouts that mix cardio, strength and agility using functional exercises.

Each class has 2 coaches who are there to run the class, motivate people and provide 1:1 coaching for all abilities and ages.

F45 Kingston was the first F45 in the UK, and has been running for 7 years. We have a great community of members and run classes 7 days a week.

We are offering up to 12 shifts a week, on a freelance basis. Additional shifts covering for others may also be available.

Qualified Level 3 PT.
Experience of coaching a group of people with a different range of abilities.
A confident and friendly personality.
Availability on weekdays and weekends.
Enthusiasm for fitness, and ideally F45. Previous F45 experience is not required, but would be beneficial.

Workouts change daily, and each F45 studio around the world runs the same workouts each day, so its a global fitness community.

Our owners are in the studio every day, either working or working out, and all staff make an effort to get to know all of our members and make sure they get the most out of their F45 workouts and the F45 Kingston community.

We have a great community of members and run classes 7 days a week.
