IVC are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Finance Master Data Manager to join the Transformation Programme team.

The Master Data Manager will play a critical role in the successful implementation of the new Oracle finance system across the organisation.

The ideal individual will possess strong Master data architecture, management, analysis, and technical skills, as well as a deep understanding of finance systems and their impact on business processes.

Responsibilities and Requirements:

Master Data Strategy, Governance and Architecture: Develop and implement a comprehensive Master data strategy for the Finance transformation programme, ensuring data accuracy, integrity, and completeness.
Define and enforce Master data governance policies, standards, and best practices to maintain data quality and consistency across the organization.
Master Data Migration and Integration: Lead the planning, execution, and monitoring of Master data migration activities in parallel with the SI partner, ensuring a seamless transition from legacy systems to the new finance system. Develop and implement data integration strategies to support interoperability between the finance system and other internal and external systems.
Master Data Quality and Validation: Implement data quality management processes and tools to identify, assess, and remediate data quality issues.
Develop and execute Master data validation plans to ensure the accuracy and consistency of data in the Finance system. Collaborate with business users to establish data quality metrics and Key Performance Indicators (KPIs).
Finance Master Data Analysis, Reporting and Integrations: Work closely with business stakeholders to identify and define data requirements for Finance system ETL, to ensure quality reporting and analytics.
Work with the analytics teams to help to create solutions to support datadriven decisionmaking.
Provide data insights and recommendations to support continuous improvement of business processes and system performance.
Significant experience in data management, with a focus on Oracle finance systems, preferably in a global transformation programme context.
Proven experience in data migration, integration, and quality management.
Proficient in Oracle data ETL and Oracle data tools in Oracle toolset
Strong project management skills and experience in managing crossfunctional teams.
Excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills.
Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fastpaced, dynamic environment.
Knowledge of Finance Data, Oracle tables and processes P2P, O2C, R2R, (AP/AR, Fixed Assets, Projects, etc)
