The Job Role

Our Property Management Consultants (PMCs) are responsible for supporting landlords and tenants with all aspects of the management of their rental properties.

You will be responsible for supporting the team of PMCs in delivering a brilliant experience to the landlords and tenants of our growing rental property portfolio.

Reporting into the Senior PMC, you will be a key part of the team and every day will be different.

You need to be task focused, proactive and like working in a fast-paced environment.

Keys parts of the job are:

Daily interaction with landlords & tenants
Manage the process for managing our rental property keys
Interaction with utility companies and councils
Liaising with internal stakeholders to ensure a smooth journey for client and tenant
General admin support

Working Hours are 37.5 hours, Monday to Friday
