The Role

  • Assist in preparation of accurate quantities and materials schedules
  • Review invoice queries and liaise with concerned parties to resolve/respond in a timely manner
  • To provide support to Site Management with coordination of material deliveries to enable construction work to proceed to agreed programmes
  • Assist in monitoring the site control of materials
  • Work with internal and external colleagues in a professional and courteous manner
  • Administration relating to printing, issuing and monitoring procurement documentation
  • Ensure compliance with company standard procedures

  • Able to form effective working relationships at all levels
  • Effective organisation and team working skills
  • Excellent planning and time management skills
  • IT skills
  • Commercial awareness
Qualifications/Experience

  • Experience within in a construction environment an advantage but not essential
