About Our Client:
I am currently working in partnership with one of the UK's leading sports retailers who are looking to add a talented Cost Coordinator to join their team in Greater Manchester.
- Analyse quotations received on internal CAFM softwares, ensuring value for money
- Ensure quotations are received and managed within appropriate time frames
- Maintain the set standard for information contained in quotations to ensure key decisions can be made quickly and accurately
- Provide advice and guidance to the Maintenance Helpdesk
- Coordinate the necessary involvement of the Regional Surveyors to ensure all maintenance works are carried out within the necessary timescales whilst demonstrating value for money
- Evaluate expenditure reports and recommend actions and improvements when required
- Assist with the creation and upkeep of asset data
- Ensure Audit claims are accurate & appropriate in accordance with schedule of rates and contracts.
- Resolve invoicing queries and account issues
- Liaise with wider internal departments to provide and collate date, reports, documentation and any other required information depending to satisfy the request
The Successful Applicant:
- Excellent Excel skills required
- Client/customer orientated
- Strong communication, organisational and interpersonal skills
- Attention to detail, often working to challenging deadlines
- Excellent Excel skills required
- Highly numerate and analytical
- Experience of costs administration in Retail or maintenance (preferable)
What's on Offer:
Salary - £30k to £35k
Flexible Working Policy, 1-2 days per week working from home
