Medacs Global Group (MGG) is currently recruiting for a Nursing Recruitment Team Manager to be based in Scotland working remotely managing, providing support and advising to a small team of Recruitment Consultants who manage desks supplying temporarynursing staff across Scotland and North East to ensure targets are met.

Here's some of the key responsibilities:

  • Ensuring operational procedures are effective and compliant
  • Managing and supporting your team of Recruitment Consultants
  • Encouraging innovative ways of generating new nurses in target areas
  • Monitoring fill rates regularly and providing monthly management information
  • Resolving accounts issues to prevent payment disputes
  • Monitoring margin generation for the team and individuals and seek ways to improve and increase
  • Holding regular onetoones and identify any opportunities to develop, coach and train individuals
  • Liaising with other managers to discuss company performance and to share ideas ensuring best practice
  • Travel to meetings and training as required
