Description
Responsibilities:
- Monitor and analyse customer accounts for overdue payments
- Collaborate with internal teams to resolve any billing or payment discrepancies
- Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and payment status
- Prepare and send regular reports on accounts receivable status to management
Skills:
- Familiarity with accounts payable processes and procedures
- Excellent phone etiquette and communication skills for effective customer interactions
- Experience in collections is a plus
- Proficiency in using Excel for record keeping
Job Type:
Part-time
Pay:
£15.50-£16.50 per hour
Expected hours: 24 per week
