A day in the life of a Menu Maker:

You will have the skills and ability to work closely and collaborate with the chefs
Collating detailed menu information 2 weeks in advance from 9 separate kitchens
Interacting with Lead chefs confirming and editing content
Following a 'protein calendar' to avoid duplicate dishes between the restaurants
Understand the ingredients used in menu items so you can accurately provide diners with nutritional and allergens breakdown when requested
To create a range of menu offerings that will appeal to a wide variety of people
Managing the digital content for the app including uploading dish photographs and updating nutritional information.

You'll be set up for success if you have:

An excellent knowledge of the culinary industry is essential
Strong administration skills
IT literate, numerate and able to communicate across cross discipline stakeholders
