Customer Service Account Executive - Crewe, United Kingdom - Absolute Commercial
Description
As Customer Service Account Executive, you will be responsible for the running and upkeep of customer accounts, offering exceptional customer service.
Key duties will include:
- Producing instructions for new and repeat orders, checking all details are correct
- Liaising with all departments, pulling together specifications, artwork etc to progress the order
- Administer any customer amendments
- Build strong relationships with customers through regular telephone conversations and site visits
- Contacting customers to request payment of invoices if requested by the Finance Team
Key skills and experience required:
- Previous experience in a similar role is essential
- Strong attention to detail
- Confident communication skills
- Wiling to learn
- Excellent time management skills able to prioritise workload regularly
- GCSE (or equivalent) at Grade C or above in Maths and EnglishOwn transport preferred due to office location.
Hours of work:
Monday - Friday, 8.15am - 4.30pm
Job Types:

Salary:
£20,000.00-£24,000.00 per year
