Description

As Customer Service Account Executive, you will be responsible for the running and upkeep of customer accounts, offering exceptional customer service.


Key duties will include:


  • Producing instructions for new and repeat orders, checking all details are correct
  • Liaising with all departments, pulling together specifications, artwork etc to progress the order
  • Administer any customer amendments
  • Build strong relationships with customers through regular telephone conversations and site visits
  • Contacting customers to request payment of invoices if requested by the Finance Team

Key skills and experience required:


  • Previous experience in a similar role is essential
  • Strong attention to detail
  • Confident communication skills
  • Wiling to learn
  • Excellent time management skills able to prioritise workload regularly
  • GCSE (or equivalent) at Grade C or above in Maths and EnglishOwn transport preferred due to office location.

Hours of work:
Monday - Friday, 8.15am - 4.30pm


Job Types:
Full-time, Permanent


Salary:
£20,000.00-£24,000.00 per year
