Job Summary
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage recruitment activity in the LAA ensuring that the required standards are met and that the process is efficient, preventing any delays / errors which will impact on the business or applicants;
- Maintain the LAA's recruitment intranet site and central records on the Recruitment Teams Board;
- Ensure that all recruitment campaign scores, and information are accurately uploaded onto recruitment systems whilst maintaining accurate and secure internal records;
- Store and maintain recruitment documents accurately and in accordance to Data Protection principles;
- Work with our staff networks and recruiting managers to improve our processes, ensuring equal opportunity for all when vacancies arise;
- Develop and maintain positive relationships with a wide network of key stakeholders to work effectively together and provide support, advice, challenge and clarification to leaders and managers across the organisation on recruitment matters;
- Work with the team and colleagues in the LAA on activities outside of recruitment to deliver on actions within the People Plan and helps us deliver LAA Strategic Objectives, ensuring that the LAA
