The Role
We've got an exciting opportunity to join us as a Business and Projects Administrator, working at our Head Office near Coventry, with hybrid working available after an initial settling-in period.
You will also liaise with our other offices and field teams to assist with the planning and delivery of work, including accurately inputting data into our business systems, and supporting the day-to-day running of our Head Office.
This role will need to work closely with colleagues from all departments across the business to ensure client expectations and deadlines are achieved.
The Business and Projects Administrator will also contribute towards the health, safety and wellbeing of colleagues by collating key information to inform risk assessments.
Skills & Experience
This role will suit individuals with an organised and methodical mindset.
Sound working knowledge of Microsoft Office, Teams and SharePoint is required and experience using project management and business systems would be advantageous.
Communication is key in this role and so all applicants will need to demonstrate that they are able to communicate clearly and professionally, both in writing and verbally, with internal and external stakeholders.
As a natural environment consultancy, we want our colleagues to hold an interest in nature and the environment.
For this role an understanding of the range of services and solutions a consultancy like Middlemarch provides would be advantageous.
