We are working with an Ofsted-rated 'Good' boys college with a mixed sixth form in the the London borough of Lambeth.

The role available is a
Pastoral Support Manager which commences in January 2023 to the end of the academic year with scope to extend or even become permanent with the college.

Experience working in a pastoral/support position in crucial.


The role will aid the Directors of Learning, the Attendance Officer and also the Education Welfare Officer where the main role will be supporting challenging behaviour as well as managing the reflection room.

This will be providing a full range of pastoralcare addressing the social, emotional and academic needs of the students in order to support learning and raising achievement across year groups.

Other main responsibilities include monitoring the attendance and punctuality of key students to ensure they are attending college regularly.

Also, to work as part of a team that responds to challenging behaviour as well as providing information, adviceand structured intervention to enable students to make positive choices about their behaviour, attendance and social interaction.

The position is term-time only + 1 week.


The college are interviewing will be interviewing on the first week back after half term with immediate trials and interviews.
