We are looking to appoint Youth Support Mentors for vacant positions in primary, secondary and SEN provisions so if you are ready to start a career in education, this could be the position you have been waiting for.


Applicants must have a real passion for wanting to make a difference to children's education and demonstrate enthusiasm, ability and confidence to engage young learners.

Experience or qualifications would be advantageous, however not essential as full training is provided.


If you have worked in residential care homes, youth work, nursing, with elderly in care homes then your skills are transferable to these roles.


Within the role you will be required to:
Support and enthuse young learners to reach their potential through an interactive and engaging approach

Feedback to the class teacher on progress made and next steps

Have empathy, patience, and the drive to make a difference

An observant and responsive approach combined with a positive, energetic and enthusiastic attitude
