SEN Teaching Assistants (SEN TA) to join an 'outstanding' specialist 11-19 co-education Academy based in Barnet.
This Academy has been judged
'outstanding' in three successive OFSTED inspections and awarded
Advanced Status by the Autism Accreditation Award Committee of the National Autistic Society.

The Role of SEN Teaching Assistant (SEN TA):
- Help maintain an engaging and stimulating environment for students.
- Work in groups or 1:1 with students that require extra support.
- Provide personal care when needed.
The Requirements of a SEN Teaching Assistant (SEN TA):
- Passion for working with children in education.
- Experience supporting students/young adults.
- Build and maintain successful relationships with students and staff; treating them with respect and consideration.
The ideal SEN Teaching Assistant (SEN TA) will join a team of staff that excels at making sure all their students feel special and receive high-quality care and attention.
