  • Managing jobs and applicants
  • Being creative with your advertising and marketing
  • Selling and negotiating
  • Managing the endtoend recruitment process
  • Closing deals and earning commission

Recruitment Consultant - Trainee - Recruitment - Requirements:

  • Sales background (ideal but not required)
  • including estate agency, B2B sales, door-to-door and B2C sales experience.
  • 2:1 or above from a top 40 university
  • Key examples of success including academia, sports, societies, in work experience etc
  • Highly selfmotivated individual
  • Target driven and money motivated.
